The right match for a Siberian Forest Cat kitten starts with personal contact.
— ♡ —
For us, it’s not just about appearance, but above all about character,
well-being and finding the right match.
Introduction
At AlmuñéCats, we believe personal contact is very important. We like to take the time to get to know prospective owners better, so that together we can find the kitten that best suits the family and their home environment.
When a litter is expected or kittens become available, we post updates on our website and social media.
If you are interested in one of our kittens, we would love to hear a little about the future home you can offer.
To ensure peace and quiet for the mother cat and kittens, we usually welcome visitors from around 5 to 6 weeks of age. Naturally, this is always by appointment.
Living with allergies
We understand that prospective owners would like to meet the breed in person first.
The Siberian Forest Cat is known for the fact that people with allergies often experience fewer, or sometimes even no, symptoms compared to other cat breeds.
We have had a positive experience with this within our own family as well; my husband has a cat allergy but experiences no symptoms with our Siberian cats.
As everyone reacts differently, we believe it is important that visitors can experience this for themselves at their own pace. Getting to know our cats, taking your time and giving them plenty of cuddles is therefore always an option.
Do you live further away, or would you prefer to arrange your own transport?
We’d be happy to arrange a video call via FaceTime, WhatsApp or Skype. This will allow you to get to know us, our cats and any available kittens from the comfort of your own home. You can watch the kittens playing, get a sense of their personalities and get a first impression of their living environment.
Reservation & payment
We operate a booking system and a non-binding waiting list for future litters. This allows interested parties to register their interest in good time.
Our kittens have a guide price of €1,500. This includes, amongst other things:
🐾 official ASFE pedigree
🐾 vaccinations and health checks
🐾 microchip and European passport
🐾 rabies vaccination in accordance with regulations
🐾 socialisation and guidance
🐾 a carefully prepared starter pack to help them settle comfortably into their new home
A kitten is definitively reserved once the reservation fee of €300 has been paid and the sales agreement has been signed by both parties. In the event of cancellation by the buyer, the reservation fee is forfeited
The outstanding invoice amount must be paid before or at the latest upon collection of the kitten.
Transport & payment
For bookings involving transport or travel arrangements, we require a higher non-refundable deposit of €1,000.
This confirms the booking of the kitten and ensures that the kitten is reserved exclusively for the buyer.
Where transport is arranged by AlmuñéCats itself, for example via accompanied air travel or personal transport by car, journeys are carefully planned and combined where possible. Travel and transport costs are agreed with the buyer in advance, after which the exact departure date is confirmed later.
The remaining balance for the kitten, as well as any travel and transport costs, must be paid in full before the kitten’s departure.
In the case of transport via an external professional animal transporter, the terms and conditions, rates and payment terms of the relevant transport company apply.

Placement
Our Siberian kittens are generally rehomed as pets. Rehoming with breeding rights is only possible by arrangement.
Aftercare
Even after your Siberian kitten has settled into its new home, we’ll be happy to stay in touch and are always available to answer any questions or offer advice.
